A Lion by Joshua Levy

Benjy prowls the sidewalk of
St. Catherine Street, ready to pounce.

Shoppers meander by
unaware of the danger.

He saw the circus last Sunday
and discovered that he’s a lion.

It was no fun being a boy.
What fun to be a lion!
