Poem title: Balance Poet: Forrest Orser Poem: I can’t get my ceiling fixed; I don’t have time to do my laundry and I can’t find a way to be introduced to the woman I keep seeing in the library but last night a friend of mine was depressed and wanted to talk and when she found me she smiled and said, “I’ve been looking for you.” End of poem. Credits and bio: Copyright © Forrest Orser Previously published in The Cormorant, University of New Brunswick Saint John, 1997.
