Join the League of Canadian Poets, the Health Arts Research Centre, and the Canadian Association for Health Humanities for the next iteration of the Cross-Pollinations Virtual Rounds Series.
On October 19, Cross-Pollinations presents "Shifts in Practice," with poet-musician Leah CL and poet-physician Lori-Anne Noyahr, a reading and discussion on lived transitions that shame and inform our guests' creative and medical practices. Topics this session will include transitions from student to practitioner, music to poetry, into motherhood, across genders, in unmasking autism, and more.

Lori-Anne Noyahr
Leah CL is a poet, musician, and abolitionist with a day job in children’s publishing. In their 32 short years, they've identified as L, G, B, T, and Q. Now they're working on the +. They’re also working on co-curating a zine @PissPress.
Lori-Anne Noyahr is a physician and poet living in Toronto, Ontario. She holds a certificate in Narrative Based Medicine and incorporates storytelling in her medical practise and in wellness workshops for other physicians. Her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in: Ars Medica, Auscultation: A Health and Humanities Podcast, The Healing Muse, In-Training, Poetry Pause, Pulse, Ricepaper and the chapbooks Spring Peepers, and Adventitious Sounds.
