Pelvic Physio

there is a button in my anus
that when pressed makes my
body scream โkill yourself.โ
and this is something I must
breathe through
to heal that everyday golf ball
of ache in my pudendum. the spot
named after the latin pudenda
meaning that whereof one
ought to feel shame.
