Re: fraction

locomotion in one-fifty-one
beats per minute, per minute
we sip on rosรฉ and rose-blasted refractions
take photographs, completely black
laughter curvaceous and contrasted
in technicolour, tectonic plates
slide the mirror over my vision
isolate
a shell-shocked, awe-stricken lily
an orchid about to bloom.
When the beat drops
an immaculate
yaaaas bitch
a tribute to the trials on grey and gritty pavements
in the crass of Brooklyn
Berlin
the Folsom Street Fair.
We kiss and are maintained.
Embrace the asylum, the scandalous query of
what’s next?
what counts as romance?
to this I claim our mysticism.
Sit back and soak it in
