Thirty Words by Cindy Maguire

Poem title: Thirty Words

Poet name: Cindy Maguire

Poem: At this late age

family feels fine,

thin threads

once woven tight

now loosed by holes

that can’t be mended;

still, the fabric fits.

I shrug into it with gratitude.

End of poem.
